The Dot 1 Tire Deflator is designed to be placed on a stationary vehicle when there are legal reasons to detain the occupants and want to prevent the vehicle from fleeing.

The what sets the Dot 1 Tire Deflator apart from the other tools:
- Takes less than 1 second to apply to each tire
- Once applied gives audible hiss confirming air is leaving the tire
